Tips to choose the right size:

Tighten the tape around the wider part of your hips.
If your hip measurement falls in between 2 sizes, choose according to your preferences: a larger size for a loser fit, or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
If your height measurement is 1 size bigger or smaller than the hip size, we suggest you select the size based on the hip measurement only.
If your height measurement is 2 or more sizes bigger than the hip size, we suggest you select one size in between.
