- Tighten the tape around the wider part of your hips.
- If your hip measurement falls in between 2 sizes, choose according to your preferences: a larger size for a loser fit, or a smaller size for a tighter fit.
- If your height measurement is 1 size bigger or smaller than the hip size, we suggest you select the size based on the hip measurement only.
- If your height measurement is 2 or more sizes bigger than the hip size, we suggest you select one size in between.

Composed of over +20% of Spandex fiber, SOLID high-intensity training ankle tights provide excellent function and great breathability. A combination of panels guarantees a snug and comfortable fit, that combined with flatlock seams avoids any possible chafing.
Fabric is treated with antibacterial silver nanoparticles to reduce the growth of bacteria inside. It has a back zipped pocket ideal to put your card, keys or phone, and keep them attached to your body giving you freedom of movement.
